Also of interest, Mary Ducan Williams Goldmann (two n's) had daughters Mary Ernestine and Pauline Scott. In June 1930 Pauline Scott Goldmann dedicated her Master's Thesis at the University of Texas in Austin to "Mary Scott Hill Williams, a fine and noble character" The Thesis "Letters from three members of Terry's Texas Rangers, 1861 to 1865" contains letters from her brothers to Mary Scott Hill.
